our mission

Hedges and dry stone walls are really important landscape features in this area. Many are 100's of years old and are vital for wildlife as well as local heritage. The aim of the project is to get a better understanding of the field boundaries so that they can be maintained, protected and enhanced.

Please browse through the site to find out more about the project and how to get involved. Discover how to carry out surveys and identify hedgerows. Find out what progress has been made in your local area and the latest project information update. There will also be plenty of things going on, so please check our events section and come along.
